DEPARTMENT

Management Department
Our management team is mainly focus on the process of guiding the development, maintenance, and allocation of resources to attain our organizational goals. We always develop the four primary functions for our organization, which are planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. By using the four functions, we able to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our employees, processes, projects, and organizations as a whole.
Training Department
Training department conduct and supervise all programs and courses. The department occasionally conduct the training or hire consultants, and evaluate the effectiveness of the courses provided. Our programs and courses are evaluated and adjusted by training department as necessary to ensure reach its level of effectiveness
Account and Finance Department
Our accounting department provides accounting services and financial support to the organization. The department records accounts payable and receivable, inventory, payroll, fixed assets and all other financial elements. The accountants review the records of each department to determine the company's financial position and any changer required to run the organization cost-effectively.
Human Resource Department
Our human resource department responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers. The department also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits and training.
IT Department
Our IT department provides support to computer users in the company. This include installing new software, repairing hardware problems, installing new hardware, troubleshooting problems and training employees how to use new software programs.
Sales and Marketing
Our sales and marketing department responsible for setting realistic sales goals and determining whether our products should experience a shift in price or should be dropped altogether. The department also responsible to keep customers happy by do customer surveys, request product reviews, solve customer issues and try to find ways to upsell the customers.
The sales and marketing division will dedicate time to tracking trends, coming up with all the marketing material and imagery, and also apply marketing strategies through social media, Google Ads, SEO, flyers, posters, and more
